Return Eligibility (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we recommend contacting us first.

In many cases, we can offer solutions such as:

  • Fit or adjustment guidance
  • Lens usage recommendations
  • Partial refund or replacement support (if applicable)


Our goal is to resolve your issue quickly without unnecessary returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in production or processing and can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Fees & Responsibility

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g. change of mind, incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact fee depends on the shipping carrier you choose.

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost, and the customer will not be required to pay for return shipping.

Sustainability Commitment 🌱

For non-quality-related returns, customers are required to send items directly back to our designated return facility.

We follow this approach to reduce unnecessary transportation, lower carbon emissions, and minimize environmental impact.

As part of this commitment:

  • Returns for non-quality issues are not free
  • We do not offer try-on services
  • We discourage unnecessary returns to support sustainable practices

Reducing excess shipping allows us to invest more in product quality and fair pricing.

Prescription (Rx) Lenses – Important Notice

Prescription (Rx) lenses are custom-made products.

As such:

  • They are non-returnable and non-refundable once produced, unless there is a manufacturing error or incorrect prescription made by us
  • Please ensure all prescription details are accurate before placing your order


If you experience any issues with your Rx lenses, please contact us — we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@kapvoe.net

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Prescription (Rx) lenses (unless due to our error)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

This ensures faster processing and availability.
